What's Your Favorite Form of Exercise In The City?

While some have very active lifestyles some others like me have very sedentary lifestyles in front of the computer. I read and write most of the time and do need to plan time for exercise especially when I am in the city. I am not always in the mood to do my yoga, thai chi, or qigong exercises, but I have more resources. I walk whenever possible for at least twenty minutes and I have one more resource! I love dancing and if I play some of my favorite bits I can't help it to dance and really enjoy it! Dancing makes me feel good and I can dance whenever I want to! And I don't have to go to a club, I can dance right here in my living room!
