My Fasting Experience
I was introduced to fasting when I was in my late teens. I fasted about ones a month and experienced great boosts of energy. I remember feeling much better when I fasted than when I ate. I fasted for 24 hours without taking any food and drink, not even water. I did this type of fast for spiritual reasons and I am thankful I did. Later I had some health change and could not fast anymore or at least I thought I couldn't. I finally started fasting again recently after doing some research and getting some coaching with an expert who ensured me I could fast safely. I have fasted for one day again and than for 2.5 days and am getting ready for more. I look forward to getting more and more benefits I can from my fast.
